I have been good forthe most.I try to keep busy so I do'nt have to think about miossing my mike.
I am 40yrs old single female who has been struggling with alcohol and addiction for 6yrs.I am a blackout drinker of red wine. My father died in 01 and that sent my disease into real activity. I almost lost my job with "an incident". You would have thought that would have been my bottom.Nope. The depression has been bad. Ihave 7 days wout drinking. I went to rehab over the summer at MT Side. I relapsed in september. Depression and I put my dog down were the triggers.
I guess I have been depressed my whole life I would just wear a happy mask and dilute it with alcohol. I am aware that alcohol is a depressant and makes no long term sense,but it sometimes gets so bad that you don't care about long term.you want relief Now. I have wicked insomnia,tryed everything.-ended up gaining 35-40lbs! Not good ,sent me back into depression in sept. Dr. added wellbutrin. Ithink it is helping. I use a light box 1-2X aday. I have different cycles-SAD
