my baby has a migraine today. they r coming more frequently were as they had stopped for a while now they seem to b coming back. i started seeing the flashing lights the other day and for the first time i saw gold zig zag lines but i hate the flashing lights that when they go it jerks my whole body i hate that feeling.

Sunday i woke up with a migraine, then i got some terrible news, one of my teachers also my church sister had died that morning, monday i was hurting and tuesday i was just sick as a dog, no strength what so ever. back to work on wed. cause i went to choir rehearsal on tues. night and got a healing for pressing my way.friday woke up with another and now at 5 it is in my shoulders.

hi today is sept. 4 08 and i havent had to bad of headaches today, so far i have only had 2 since i woke this morning at 530, cause one of my teachers called in, i am learning to catch myself when i feel myself getting stressed and talk my way out of it or just get over it. i can feel it in my back when i am upset about something so i am learning to recognize things and help myself from misery lol lol, pray for me as i pray for u. to FATHER be the glory!!!!!!!!
