Weak ankles due to reapeat breakage and I need a walker to hold my balance.

I was first diagnosed in 1979 at 28yrs, but after a manic followed by a depression, I remained stable without meds and working until 1999, when a series of events led me to another manic attack. I ended a marriage of 29yrs...not sure if that was really a good thing though. Since 1999 I've been mostly depressed with only short hypomanic attacks.
I have been passing kidney stones on a regular basis for many years. I have been told it is because I have a low citrate level. I'm lucky so far they have been small enough to pass without too much of a problem, by that I mean surgery NOT PAIN....I presently have 3 according to my latest CAT scan.
