Ohhh Spooky Saturday Night..
. I was sitting here at my cp earlier; sending pics of my wedding to my sister in Maine!!! When i got a text from one of our single male whoredog friends....lol..can't think of a better way to describe him..god I love him..
.lol...he had a date with a new girl & wanted to know if they could come visit us.. we do have a good hang-out barn..I said yea I'm not doing anything but emailing my sis & could use some company..After all it is Saturday...and not just a Saturday, but a Saturday in October with a full moon...with only 13 dys ,I say 13 days til Halloween.. AW OOOOOO..
. So I went out & started a fire in the firepit..
.Brz warmed up the barn..the moon didn't hit the eastern skys of Michigan til about 11:30 pm.. It has a white bright ring around it & at the very edge of the white ring is a pink one which means it will probally rain by late Monday or Tues... but as for tonight it was Beautiful...while I was waiting for them to get here I was burning paper garbage...It was quiently silent except for a couple dogs far in the background & a owl with big vocal cords in the distant!! Then i heard the rustling of little feet running thru the fallen leaves.. Both my cats Tramp & Tiger was out, so I thought it was them that I was hearing amongst the fallen leaves...But as the sound got closer into the light I saw that it was not my cats, But a SKUNK!!!!... a skunk that was bigger than both my cats with a huge tail.. the tail is what gave it away when I first spotted it coming my way in the darkness.
..a huge black tail with a big white stripe going down it....I said, hey little skunk, i'm gonna walk to the barn & you keep going & please don't spray me or my cats"...LOL....I really did say that... periodiclly I had to go out & stoke the fire & i never saw OR smelled the skunk again... Which both was good with me...
My friend came over with his date & we had a nice meeting..I invited her to bring over her gkids for next weeks Halloween party...
So now it's about 2:15am & Brz & I are headed back to the house.. It is VERY FOGGY out...I could barely see the mailbox across the street the fog was so thick on the ground... i really wouldn't want to have to drive in fog like this...
So now that it is Early Sunday morning I am sending Sunday morning Hugs & superdelicious smiles your way...which ever way any of you turn today there is a smile or hug coming from Michigan...I am alll around each of you...spooking around!!!

Hi Deb! :) i am so very happy, you all enjoyed a wonderful evenng, and night! :) oh my! it sure is a nice time for tricks and treats, and spooky fun times, and ghostly cool smiles! :) we have a skunk, that visits our yard too!!! i loved reading your description of the full moon, and the setting, and how you heard leaves rustling! :) it was like i was right there with you! :) Kayla would have said "don't go out! don't go out!" hehe! :) what a fun night you all had, and that's very nice of you and Brz, to invite your friend and his date over. :) it's so nice you all got to meet, and spend time with eachother. :) i wish we could all come over, and Emma and her family, and have a huge halloween party! :) it would be awesome! :) i can't wait to hear about your halloween party. :) i'd love to see pictures! :) Your new picture of you smiling, and with the pumpkins and gourds on the table, is a very sweet sunny happy pumpkin October picture. :) Thank you for sharing. :)
