Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I'm a 33 old mother of 3, I'm currently struggling to lose about 50 pounds. My youngest child is a year old & I have managed to lose the 25# I gained during pregnancy, but the pudge I gained in the 3 years prior is holding on. I'm active, I workout 3-5 times a week, but I feel my diet is to blame. With my busy schedule I find myself often barely reaching 1000 calories, pretty sure my body is in starvation mode! Going to make some changes across the board this week and see what happens!

- Body for Life Somewhat Helpful
- This was AWESOME!! I followed the program about 4 years ago, my weight was right where it should be, and I was fit as ever..Got bored with Tuna & Eggs though.
- Eating Healthier Foods Not Working
- Just when I think I'm eating healthier, I realize I'm not eating near enough!
- Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
- Difinately works when I have time to plan out and prepare my meals in advance. Otherwise it doesnt do much good when I havnt planned.
- Weight Watchers Considering
- Worked for me before, I'm trying to decide if that's what I want to try again.
- Meridia Too Soon to Tell
- Starting tomorrow.. We shall see!
