hello everyone, its been so so long since i have been on, lots of changes in my life, i have also been diagnosed with lung disease, besides the ostoporosis, respitory hypertension, mitral valve prolapse been pretty sick, todays a good day and thought i would get on here for awhile, my depression has gotton worse obviously, but trying to stay positive. hope you all are doing well, and handleing things in your own life with strength and ease!!
