im 45yrs old with the bone density of an 85 yr old women,nothing has really worked,my scans just get worse,had a hysterectomy 12 yrs ago and was never put on any bone strengthning meds,was always very active with my 3 kids all grown now,the bone pain is horrible and im trying to accept the fact that i cant do the things i use to do,also just diagnosed with depression.I am now on the only hope left which is the forteo shot.
