had a good morning Mood

Today was the first day in a very long time that I kept my breakfast down! What I am most happy about is that I did not have the usual urge to get rid of it.  I am not sure what's different about today, I am sticking to a plan I made last night to have 3 square meals a day like a normal human being (granted I must stay away from trigger food and only eat healthy things that i know i will not purge, but it feels great to not have guilt). My plan also requires that I sit down to eat with utensils, eat slowly and not be barbaric with food as I usually am.

    Brilliant! Reay, really brilliant. It's all about the small steps, aim for one meal, then two, then three. And hey, even snacks inbetween eventually. My therapist scared me when I realised I had to incorporate snacks, but she stressed that it's not about eating MORE food, it's about re-teaching yourself to eat regularly. When I realised I could take a little food from my meal and eat it as a snack some time later, it really eased the pressure. One step at a time. I'm here to help you any time you like. Very proud of you for keeping breakfast down. :)
