About Me
Hi I'm 31 years old working as a Hazardous Materials Safety Manager in a transportation company. I've been thrown into covering an additional 3 roles on top of my own and was overwhelmed before I got the extra accountabilities. I have started taking my stress out on my girlfriend in a negative way (no abuse). I've had trust issues in the past as well within the relationship and counseling helped me on my way. I'm trying to find outlets for my stress as well as ways to improve positive thinking to get me out of this seemingly depressed low self image I have of myself. I seem to be so tired when I get home from work that I can't bring myself to do much physical excercise which was never normal for me.

From my profile you may notice I work in a very overwhelming job that has recently added 3 other jobs onto mine making things worse for me. It's bad enough that I deal with emergencies and emergency response all day in the transportation field but I seem to be burnt out from the hours and now taking it out on my girlfriend negatively with statements that sometimes give off the impression like I don't trust her which isn't the case. I'm trying to find outlets for my stress before it ruins me
