  I have to say that you are an inspiration. You are doing the right thing in keeping your mind as active as possible and finding help through this site among other things. I can see from your photo that you have a lovely disposition and I'm sure you are a blessing to those around you. Keep the faith, and keep smiling ok?

  Thank you so much but I have to say that you are the one who really brightens up my day and makes me feel so much better when I've read your journals and hear how you are doing. YOur an inspiration for me and I'm sure many others. Keep writing and letting us share your days.
  You know I've gone back in time to more childhood memories while reading your journals then at any other time I can think of and inspite of the fact that I tend to view my childhood through a very dark glass you do help me see the sunnier spots that were also there and so many times have been over shadowed by the darker things.   thanks for the huggg..Phil and Flops - I love that attitude to adjust just a bit at a time - I try to do that myself, though it is physical adjustment mainly just now. As it is in my family, I keep an eye open for Flops as well, though...!!! hugggs Cathrynn XX
