Hey everyone. I am a workaholic, which leaves little time for me to concentrate on myself or my health. So while i'm taking short web surfing breaks at work, i may hop onto the Daily Strength website, just as a reminder to myself that i need to take better care of myself. I am trying to get more physically fit, but its just hard finding the time to go to the gym. I cant wait to hear everyones experiences!
