lots of eclectic interests - hiking, reading, water-color painting, photography, cooking, coffee with friends, my cat & dog, church, commuter-biking, kayaking, music, gardening, ... have started walking, jogging and working out because I'm hoping to love it someday soon. :D

Hey You did great I lost about a pound as well! so no worries its the first week! if you want think of all the thinks you want to change this week and you can send them to me! this way you are aware of what you can do differently, and if there isnt anything just remember everyone is different! You still did great We did great :D

I'm a single vegan eclectic chick attempting to catch a full-blown case of "adult-onset-athleticism". Lost a little over 30lb over the last 3 years - and am wrapping my brain around how to control portions and exercise in such a way as to finish my goal of 100lb total loss.
