About Me
I'm a 32 year old divorced father of two great little boy's. I have been diagnosed by three different doctors with Bipolar disorder. I still don't know if I believe it however I guess I need to just accept it and go on. I thought that I would check this out to find some people to talk to and see how other people deal with this disorder. I also think that I may have an addiction to xanax and I have a problem with alcohol (don't no when to quit).

Hey you. It was nice to hear from you. Sorry to see you feeling bad. I have too much going on. It's really horrible. One of my best friends passed away suddenly last Sunday, so I flew down to FL for the memorial service. It was so hard. I am so sick right now, going to the doctors today to find out if there is anytihing he can do for me. Sorry I'm such a downer, but that's been my life this past week. I do miss talking with you. I hope things are going alright with you. You know I'm here for you. Hopefully we can meet up soon. Take care.

: Clinical (Major) DepressionWell, I have pretty much been depressed my whole life. As I have gotten older it has just gotten worse and worse. Now it is to the point of being unbearable. I'm not suicidal however, I do think about dying a lot. I've always been embarrassed of being depressed and therefore I've hid it from everyone for years. Currently I am being treated for bipolar disorder and taking Lamictal. So far it doesn't seem to be working very well. I am still getting very depressed and maybe even having some manic episodes.
