Hi! I'm a happily(most of the time..lol) married 50 yr old. I have social anxiety, insomnia, and terrible loneliness..live in the country, hubby works upteen hours, moved here 3yr ago and still have no friends. My hometown and my oldest daughter are 45 miles away. My youngest moved back in in june.

Hi, I'm a normal messed up 50 year old housewife. Moved 45 miles from home, now live in the country with no license and no friends here. Doesn't help the anxiety...just gotta push myself harder and make some friends...

- I have too many mood swings and way to emotional. Started Same on Oct.3...2weeks yesterday..so its really to soon to tell. I do seem a little mellower..

Hi, I'm a 49 yr old housewife. The youngest moved out last year and i am still feeling the loss of that, not being able to talk with her everyday about everything. Have no license, not working at this time, live in the country 45 miles from my home town. No "friends" to speak of here. Just terribly lonely and too shy to just walk up to ppl to make new friends.

- Cymbalta Not Working
- It did help with the depression at the beginning but then it just felt like i was taking a vitamin. Weening off it. Getting lots of brain zaps.
- Patience Somewhat Helpful
- They say patience is a virtue and i try to hold on to it everytime i want to talk with my daughter but she is to busy.
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
