  Well, do you remember I quit for a year then messed it up?Well after a couple of failed attempts,I resumed my quit 4 days ago.I know it's only 4 days but i feel really good about it this time.So i know how horrible it is to do so well then go back and have to start all over agin.You can do it though,I have faith in you.Take care x

  I'm about a month away from two years of smoking freedom. I've come close a few times from blowing it but have managed to keep it smokeless....I hope your heart and self feels better soon, hang in there!
