      I would like to lose 10 lbs by september 1st. my start weight was 126.2 my current is 122 and my goal is 115. Im a comp swimmer and i train 5 hrs per day. I am anemic and asthmatic and i have potassium defficiency....i have been having problems with mild depression and im currently anorexic/ednos.....i want to learn to use my food as fuel....and learn to not be scared of food that has fat in it

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      I am just keeping track of what I eat. im not actually counting the calories, but when i have to write it down it keeps me from overdoing food
      Eat Less Working / Worked
    • Close Asthma

      I have exercise enduced athsma. I am on a swim team that practices 3 hrs a day, and its a major problem in training. I was hospitalized just a couple weeks ago. It has become an extreme problem and it is constantly getting worse...

      Treatments

      Albuterol Somewhat Helpful
      it sorts works, but i have to use it a lot more than i probably should (5-6 puffs per day) and i get extremely shaky, this is a big problem becuz some out of water training(im on a swim team) that I do is yoga, and shaking isnt a good thing...
      Singulair Considering
      I might need this so my exercise enduced athsma can be treated preventavly
    • Open Anemia
      Type: Iron Deficiency Anemia

      ive recently been diagnosed with anemia.... I am so tired all the time all i want to do is die, becuase then at least i would be sleeping....it makes exercising even harder(as if asthma wasnt bad enough).....um i often black out when i stand up too fast and sometimes i will pass out from exhaustion......

      Iron Somewhat Helpful
      the iron seems to help VERY slightly....but i still am extremely tired
    • Open GERD & Heartburn

      I was recently diagnosed with GERD and im a swimmer and i found out from my doc that swimming is the WORST possible sport!!!....but its very painful to my throat and stomach....and just. not. fun. im also a singer and GERD is eating away at my vocal chords so its NOT good!

      Prevacid Too Soon to Tell
      um i started it about a week ago, and hoping it will kick in soon!

      im not sure if i have an ed....if i dont however then i am very borderline....i count fat grams, calories, sodium....i eat about 800 cals per day...and i burn off about 2000 in exercise.....i weigh myself and freak out if i have gained anything....if ive gained i dont eat for the rest of that day.......
