  well, this wasnt a military doc..he was civilian.LOL! ive tried the dietary changes and exercise. even then it was still close to 300 :( herbal stuff doesnt work either. still close to 300. so i guess i will try the meds...i dont want to have my first heart attack before 40, lol! thank you for your encouragement on my quit...i dont care what that doc says either..IM A NON SMOKER!! woo hoo!
