I stopped smoking at age 28 and I was so glad I did. Getting into cardio type workouts is what helped me the most. One of the attitudes I took as well, was that I knew I would have to quit at some point in life or probably die of it or at least be unhealthy and look older than I am, so I might as well just bite the bullet and do it now. My father had said, "There's no time like the present." Sounds like you have it down!

Good job!! It's motivating to see that someone with PMDD can quit the cancer sticks! Hopefully I will be able to do the same!!
