Interests
Spending time with my hubby, daughter and son. Going to gym at least 4 times a week, it helps me so much. Crazy about any really good comedy, laughing is so good for the soul, , enjoy cooking and trying new dishes at home, trying making it low cal i.e. greek yoghurt instead of creme fraiche, grilling instead of frying and baste our meat or veg with olive oil, and use loads of freshly chopped herbs from my herb garden etc.I also love sketching, reading and our pets they give so much unconditional love.

Awesome!!! I am so happy for you that things are coming together for you. Your free of nicotine and weed, you are sleeping well, you are exercising and eating healthy, you are talking when you need to let things go, you are really on the ball!!! You have many things to feel good about yourself and it shows. I wish that things get easier and easier for you and that life brings you many beautiful gifts!!! :)

Thanks, Preppy, for the journal comments. I really appreciate that you stopped by. I'm trying to deal as gracefully as possible with my PMDD this month, but it's not easy. It's interesting that you also sometimes get a month that's easier -- but, goodness, the bill sure comes due the next month, doesn't it? Anyway, thanks again -- and I'm always glad to provide whatever support I can as you deal with the PMS demons, too.
