I redid my goal so that I could track it better. I put in the weight I was at when I started my dieting the beginning of September. I have since lost 37lbs. and currently weigh 203lbs.
I am 5'11" tall, my doctor would like me to be 185-190lbs. ,but I think I would like to shoot for 170-175lbs.






Congrats on your accomplishments so far. Great job! I imagine it's tough around the holidays with all the snacking and yummy treats everywhere. It will be easier again in the New Year with a lot of people trying to "be good" with their diets. Hopefully this is the step to overall better health and you will reach your goals, including starting that family you've been in an endless wait for.

That's phenomenal! Don't get too stuck on a number though, I found I look and feel my best weighing 10-15 pounds more than what my "idea" of my perfect weight was, building muscle mass totally threw out that number. It sounds like you are doing great things to lose the weight and I see nothing but you reaching your goals in 2008!
