Close Infertility
Dh and I have been TTC for almost 9 years. We have done 5 IUI's. We did get a BFP last year but it ended in miscarriage.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- Just started it, we are going to do 10 sessions and see what happens.
- Artificial Insemination Working / Worked
- We have done 5 IUI's we didn't have any success with the first 3 but finally got a BFP with the 4th unfortunately we lost it. The 5th was unsuccessful.
- Clomid Working / Worked
- Took this along with IUI. The IUI's did not working but I am ovulated.
- Femara Working / Worked
- We used this along with Gonal F and IUI. I produced 4 follies 3 of which were good size.
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Follistim Working / Worked
- We used Gonal F with IUI I produced 4 foliies 3 of which were good size.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Somewhat Helpful
- I now know that my tubes are clear and my uterus is normal.
- Hysteroscopy Somewhat Helpful
- Lupron Working / Worked
- Worked as far as not having the pain, but the side effects were horrible.
- Metformin Not Working
- I was put on this with clomid and prometrium. didn't have any luck getting pregnant with it. The side effects sucked.
- Progesterone Not Working
Close Endometriosis

- Femara Somewhat Helpful
- Hysteroscopy Working / Worked
- Everything was clear
- Laser Surgery Working / Worked
- Lupron Somewhat Helpful
- I did the lupron shots for 3 months. While on the shots the symptoms were gone,but now that I am off them the symptoms are way worse than before the lupron.
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Surgery Working / Worked
- Theu removed all ofthe endometriosos.
Open Miscarriage
I finally got a BFP after 7 1/2 long years of trying and 4 IUI's, only to have it taken away from me at 4.5 weeks.
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
I would like to lose about 50lbs. I have been overweight all my life.
