I returned last night from a few days of vacation. It was so relaxing. My husband and I got in the car and drove down the central part of Colorado. We visited Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the Curecanti National Recreation Area. It was absolutely spectacular. I'll try to post some pictures when my husband uploads them.
This was the kind of thing I'd been wanting to do for the longest time. Seems like when we were bogged down with our dog house and my husband was busy working, we never went anywhere. It was a spur of the moment thing and we both realized that we can do this any time we want.
I still feel a little bit jittery every now and then. Mainly in the afternoons and evening. It's not intolerable so I'll live with it. If I don't think about it, it's ok.

It's so hard to get rid of the jitteries. I'm glad it's not keeping you from doing things you like, and slowly with the right attitude and frame of mind (like you have) it will go away.
Glad you had a good trip.
