  Well today we have some nice looking sun, from the inside only. It's -13..below freezing again. Next week it will be in the plus..so weird. Winter is not over so I'll enjoy what I call big tease weather, when I can. Had a bad day and night with neck pain, worse then I've ever had, not bad right now but not 100% either.

  That stinks when you're up all night with pain. You're probably right that the doctor likely aggravated things by moving it around. Hope it settles for you today!!
