  Yes I am so ready for spring. It's a bit cooler out today and over cast so I don't really feel like continuing the outside clean up. Besides although my back is okay it's a bit touchy so it's better I don't do anything today and push my luck. I had a shitty nights sleep but only because some drunken teenage girls were screaming up and down the street last night for about 45 minutes. Looks like the noise is starting already now that it's getting nicer out. We get this every year come summer mostly..drunken kids screaming down the street after the bar closes..sighh..I hate it

  Happy St. Patty's to you to!!! It's an excellent day today..and I think it's the first time I've ever had the excellent smiley on my status. I've just finished the upstairs cleaning continued from yesterday..takes me two days to clean a small house..oh well. I'm off to take Franky for a spin around the block and then I'm going in the yard to sit in the sun while it's out. Friday is going to be cold again, so I'm going to savour this day.

  Almost time to get that knee fixed it up..I'm sure you'll be glad to have that over with and start recovering. It was a beautiful weekend out here I must say, we went out for a long walk and everything on me is aching..serves me right for being so inactive all winter. Wednesday I see a temperature of 16 c coming up..that's a real treat this time of year, that's 60 F. I'm really looking forward to that, maybe I'll go out in the yard and clean up, buggar up my back and neck a bit more..what the hell..lol.

  Thanx for comenting on my Journal Deb. Gosh what did the doctor say? It has got to be cold there no? Didn't you just get quite a bit of snow?

  It's funny when I saw that on the weather channel..I said to Roald.."hey that's where Deb lives"..lol. We had a lot of heavy rain last night after midnight, it was fairly mild this morning and then dropping down really quickly around noon today below freezing again. Looks like the weekend will be nice though, nothing great but above freezing

  My neck is a bit better..still a little annoying, never really seems to give me 100% pain free day yet. I'm greatful for my microwave bean bag thing that I can put around it, seems to help a lot. The awning sounds like it will come in handy for sitting out and enjoying the warm weather. I think the temperatures you mentioned are alot more comfortable, 28 c and over is to hot for me, that's when the humidity gets in there.

  I didn't realise that you got snow right through until June..we're usually done with that before May..although I've seen it snow in June one year..but not as a rule. Life in the mountains is different for sure. My weekend was pretty much the same as other weekends,non eventful but my grandkids slept over a couple nights while my daughter worked night shift
