  How are you doing today? I hope your pain goes down more everyday and quickly. I just finished one of those indoor walk video's exercising at a pace to take you to what would be equivalent to a 3 mile walk. I gave up at 2 miles and that was pushing it..lol.

  Both his knees are shot Deb. He needs ex-rays next month. He lives on advil for the last 5 years. I am sure he needs replacements. He is hopeing for less than that. Yes he will need my support. Lots of pampering. I wouldn't doubt you needed that type pain med. Those surgery's are a big surgery. Tc and be well. Hugss 2 you

  I was relieved to hear from you this morning..I've been checking everyday. You sound like me, not wanting to bother your husband for things. I know if it were him though you'd be doing the same. It's not nice to feel helpless, but it won't last. Sorry you have so much pain and boredom going on right now, that will pass to of course, hopefully sooner rather then later. Big Hugs for you anyway, I hope your knitting keeps you somewhat occupied in the mean time.

  You have been in my toughts. I am sure there is some real discomfort now. Take it easy. I know easier said than done. Eat, sleep, and relax. Do as the doctor says. Soon it will pass. My husband is looking at possible knee surgery within 6 months i am sure. Send peace & Love your way.

  I've been thinking about you..I hope to hear from you soon. I imagine you must be in a lot of pain and on pain meds. I bet feeling really out of it. I hope all went well though and I look forward to hearing from you

  Good Luck Deb. Of course you would be a little nervous about surgery. Just know that there are good doctors out there and great things can be done for knee surgery. I'll be around some, not as much tho. Tc Sus
