  How was the therapy session today? Keep using the tylenol for awhile yet..no sense letting the pain kick in, you'll be done with that soon enough and the brace to. It's nice here today, going out with Franky for a walk and then I'll try my walk fit dvd. The grand kids and I had a nice visit last night, I put on the wizard of oz for them to watch even though it's as old as the hills, frankly, I still love it.

  It's warming up again..sunny all day and a sunny weekend in the forecast..not really warm but warm enough..it went down below freezing last night..enough of that. Looks nice out but still to cold for me but I'm trying to motivate myself anyway for Franky's sake..lol. My cough is much better finally, I think I had a combination bit of asthma with gerd flare up..yah me. I'm still using the inhalers and I think that helps a lot, I slept two full nights so I'm happy. Hope your not in to much pain today.

  See look at that, you're already off the crutches in the house, you're moving right along there. I'm a bit better today, there is snow up to our ankles out here..holy crap this is awful for April but not unheard of. I don't care really, just that we had so much of it this passed winter, didn't really want to lay eyes on it again. It will be gone by the weekend and warm up a bit. As for the allergies, I don't really know what happend with that, it isn't even my season to suffer with them yet. It could be that the yard clean up started up an asthma type thing and maybe it just took this long to start clearing up, I don't really know. I just thought about it today and it's been awhile since we changed the filter in the furnace, and I'm really sensitive to things like that, I'll have to get Roald to check it when he gets home.

  Good for you..no snow...guess where it went..lol. Yep..two more days of the white stuff. It seems to be wet and melting right away thank goodness. After a day of about 60 F that was a cold slap in the face I'll tell you. How's the leg today? I'm still having problems with this cronic cough, I can hardly tell if it's my gerd acting up, or my asthma, or both..not pleasant anyway.

  I hope you start feeling better then if you picked up a cold, you don't need double trouble right now. I still feel pretty congested chest and nose wise. I did sleep with two pillows though last night and it helped. However, true to form, it seems when ever I begin a good sleep, those rowdy little s**t heads come yelling down the street from the bar..I was so pissed off. Anyway, no snow here and it's supposed to be 15 c thats so wonderful (59 F). I'm going to watch my granddaughter play soccer, she's the four year old, that should be cute. I don't want to be like my mother, never involved in anything my kids did or barely give them the time of day. I want to be someone remembered by them, besides I love spending time with them here and there. Have a good day today even in the snow..lol.

  I hear the determination in you..you'll be off those crutches in record time I'm sure. It would be tedious trying to go out in slippery weather with those, I'm glad you got out for dinner though. I'm feeling so awful today, I'm not sure why I'm worse instead of better, last night I was up pacing around. I felt like I had a golf ball in my throat and my chest is very uncomfortable right now even with using my inhaler. I sure hope this clears up soon.

  I have this picture in my mind of what it's like to experience a day through your eyes and it doesn't involve a cubical and computer. Have I mentioned that I yearn to retire?

  I'm glad to hear that you can put a little weight on your leg now. I have the feeling you're going to heal fast because you're really determined and hate not being able to be self sufficient..right?..lol. It's not bad out today,supposed to be a bit warmer, anything above freezing with sun is good for me right now. I'm off for a much needed massage in an hour, payment for my last days work, I can't wait. The garden clean up got to me in more ways then one. Have a good day!!

  Well it's 30 F here and there was some light snow cover but it's gone now thank goodness. I like walking out doors to but I do this walk as well because it burns off extra fat I don't want..lol. Trying to tighten up some things because I don't do thinks like hiking or any other type of exercise. I look forward to the weather warming up again so I can go for longer walks. As it is I keep the walks short because it's still pretty cold with the wind and all.
