  I've had a face book profile for some time now..if you have one to your welcome to send me a friend request, I don't know your last name or I would do it. Good to hear that your knee is still doing well and your progressing with the therapy to the point where your almost through. It must be rough waiting to get into your new house, I can't imagine, but the rental income would be a bonus for you for sure. As for the weather well we are still below seasonal for this time of year, it's been only 21 or 22 c so far and it should be 24 c by now. I'm just begging for hot weather I'm sick of all the rain and cloud cover we've had. The longer days have been a bonus but not so enjoyable when you can't sit outside at night without shivering. Not sure about the economy, I keep hearing it's coming around to being okay again, not a 100 % yet but getting there. I just feel sorry for the people in the automotive industry..a lot of jobs lost there.

  Yes you're right, it's been awhile since I've felt excellent and that's mostly due to the sunny weather. I do love the longer days now to, light stays until 9:30 pm now I've noticed. Didn't get a lot of sleep last night however, it was a full moon and the neighbors were loud and drunk as per usual, right up until 3:00 am I was so mad. I've already called the cops once, but I don't want to keep doing it to much, they may see me as a complainer when no one else bothers to call.

  That's great..I smiled when I read about the hike..I could just imagine how happy that would have made you. Getting back to normal helps a lot.

  Thanks for checking on me. I am doing great. No anxiety anymore. Don't envy you getting ready to move to a new place. We built 5 years ago and this is the last place we'll have. Of course if we get to the point where we are too ancient and need a smaller place to take care of, then we'll have to face that. Hopefully that is a long way away. Is your new house still in the mountains?

  I just came on here quickly before I leave for Toronto with Jackie tomorrow. I saw your status and wanted to congratulate you on the house, that's great. Have a good rest of the week, I'm sure that contract will be finalized before you know it. How is your knee today by the way?

  Thanks for the comment after my journal. Yes I did send a card to her and exactly the way she usually sends one to me, not by mail. You see her husband works where Roald works at the retirement home, so I gave it to Roald to give to him. That's how she does it with presents and cards for me or my kids and grandkids. So I guess in essence, she got a taste of her own medicine...lol. Anyway, she made that gesture so I guess I owe her a visit at some point but I'll wait awhile. I hope you have a good weekend and the knee is not to bad

  Enjoy the lecture..I think if it's something interesting to you and it's a night out why not. I was out this morning in the yard, it was kind of over cast with sun breaking through so I went out to sit in it for awhile and pull some weeds. Sitting in the sun made my mood a whole lot better. Now it's completely cooled down and totally gray, another round of rain on it's way. We've had a lot of rain so far, but the good thing is all the seeds I've planted are sprouting up, they're tiny but I see them poking out now. How is your physical therapy going, you seem like things are still going good for you? Well, I'm going to finish up one last room I have to vacuum, I actually got quite a bit done this morning, wasn't feeling to bad. I think the pms is worse when I don't sleep well, that's what happened yesterday night. Have a good weekend, I'm going to post some more garden photo's ...what else...lol.

  Well it will be 15 c today and that's a big drop from the weekend but it's fine for this time of year..we just got spoiled for a couple of days. I'm not doing anything today really..trying to motivate myself to vacuum. I was really down in the dumps this morning, thinking about my father who passed away years ago. I was looking through things I've saved since I was a young girl, turning the key on my old music box and reading things I wrote years ago. Contemplating my life, what am I hear for, where am I going, who am I ?.....then...I realized where that all came from when I looked at the calendar and noticed it was pms time...lol....a light bulb went off then. I still feel really sad today, but at least I know why, geez even had a tear or two...oh well..sometimes it sneaks up on me still.
