hello everyone, it is me smokefreemom how are you all doing this fine day?. well yesterday was a big day for me and my friend kaitlynn we have been smoke free for a month now. we both had slips but we set our sights on our goal to be smoke free for life. for our children our families, as well as ourselves. and are moving onward. to our goal which is quitting smoking thank you all so much for your support it means alot to me and kaitlynn who is a very good friend indeed. i introduced her to theis website which she says she's glad she's here right kaitlynn?. she's supportive of me and i'm supportive of her.we both have the same amount of days of not smoking. hooray!.the people on this site or community that are still trying to quit or are thinking of quitting we are here for you. don't give up hope it can be done! i have a quit buddy her name is kaitlynn. if you have a quit buddy it makes it even easier to quit. try it it works believe me! hugs and smiles smokefreemom
