hello everyone it's me smokefreemom thank you for letting me join your commmunity i've been schizoaffective and bipolar since i was 5. it's been a long road to recovery but i know that i'm not alone. and neither are you we are all here for one another. to see us through the good times and the bad times. support one another it is very helpful to us all i found it also very helpful as well. thank you for being there when i need a shoulder to cry on or lean on we all need that at one time or another it's true. thanks again
