hello everyone it is day 19 for me since i quit smoking and i'm not letting that one slip i had friday deter me from my quest to be smoke free for the rest of my life thank you everyone for being supportive. i am so comfatable now with this website that i have joined other communities that are of intrest to me. and i also refered two of my friends here to this wonderful site with all you wonderful people. thanks for being there ros

I am so proud of you SMOKEFREEMOM.(i thought that needed capitalization!) You really are conquering this smoking thing and getting and giving support. I am so glad to be going through this with your support. Don't beat yourself up for 1 cigarette, it was only 1. I smoked 332! Keep up the good work honey and BE WELL!
