hello everybody went to my dra group(dual recovery group) today that deals with mental illness and substance abuse and i got a 2 month chip for being smoke free for Two months, two weeks, one day, 5 hours, 47 minutes and 3 seconds. 1524 cigarettes not smoked, saving $304.96. Life saved: 5 days, 7 hours, 0 minutes.i am so happy!!! and i admitted to them about my slips but they told me i still earned the 2 month chip. isn't that great? i hope everyone is doing well with their quitting don't give up and don't let the nicodemon get you either stay strong keep up your willpower don't let your guard down i did mine alittle bit but now i'm back on track no more slips for me getting too close to starting the 3rd step of the patch so i'm going to keep my guard up wish me luck and i will wish you luck too we are all in this together we need each others support. thanks:)
