hello everyone i'm nearing step 3 of the patch soon but....i have had acouple of slips again but i won't give up on quitting because my kids know i made a promise to them that i quit and i will i know when i'm done with the patch then i will be put to the test but if i keep getting support from everyone here like i am right now(thank you all for your support i really appreciate it) i know that i can stay quit next time i'm offered one i will say NO THANK YOU! and not give in to the nicodemon it's not worth it smoking that is, quitting is worth it to me, my kids, my family and everyone here who gives me support i thank you all thanks

Never give up! Never never never. We all have setbacks, but we must get up and try again. A friend once told me "A quitter never wins and a winner never quits". I remind myself everytime I fail at something...just get up and do it again!
