Well, I have walked every day this week. I averaged about an hour a day. I am happy. I weigh in at WW tomorrow morning, so I will see if the walking daily has had any effect. I haven't been as good with the food portion (portion, indeed) of the whole healthy lifestyle, but Iwill work on that this coming week. Happy thoughts to everyone!
