66 year old christian lady doing very poorly again. Anxiety and depression problems as well as pain Need prayer, very discouraged again, symptoms that were gone have returned. Don't know what to do to relieve them., but pray and fight.

Close Myofascial Pain Syndrome
I have had myofacial pain for 15 years, At first I took flexeril at bedtime and Advil in the day and chiropractic tratments. I still am on the flexeril at bed time, still see the chiropractic regularly. I was on a Magnesium xompound for a while which helped, I need to go get some again. Thanks for the tip. I an taking a Magnesiun Calcium and Zinc Compound. I need to go back and get my Magnesium Coumpound, it worked better. I det at the nature store and it is Nature Made Magnesium Compound.

- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- I have pretty much wore Ibuprofen out. Aleve doesn't work. Was in ER with severe pain in back and going down my leg. They said it was not phebitis but some type of nerve pain. I have been to chiropractor and it helps. Live in fear of pain, it just takes over your life.
