Moving Day
Well, the ink is still wet on the divorce paperwork and already today is moving day. I've been running the gamut of emotions the last few days. …
Musician. Aries. A flair for the dramatic. I sing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus and Chamber Chorus. (I have two grammy awards for classical recordings with the ASOC) I have a bachelor's in Music Education but I still don't know what I want to be when I "grow up". I have two cats, Emma Peel & Dexter, and volunteer for Furkids Atlanta (www.furkids.org.) I love to read, mostly fantasy, sci-fi, comics, and I especially enjoy young adult fiction/fantasy. I sew, mostly making costumes and corsets. I love sparkly things, especially antique costume jewelry. I collect foreign coins. I have a 1976 Vespa Sprint Veloce and am a part of the Scarlett Fever Scooter Club. A few times a year I perform under the stage name "May Delight" with the fine and foxy (and unusually talented) ladies of Blast Off Burlesque (http://www.blastoffburlesque.com).

Here's the chicken soup I promised you. I hope it makes you feel better soon.

A big hug coming your way. Hope all well in Atlanta. Keeping busy in Woodstock
DX summer 2007 after therapist suggested it might be more than depression. Consulted several doctors about it, found a pdoc. Pdoc tried me on 11 meds so far with Lithium being the best to date. Trying to take it one day at a time.
My grandmother taught my mother that food fixes things. My mother taught it to me. Now I'm a thirty-something who struggles with using food as a treatment for my Bi-polar disorder. I'm looking for support from others who know what it's like when food is "calling your name".
