About Me
My name is Bill and I am 44 years old and have 5 wonderful kids.My wife has had a car accident on April 4 2008.She has a TBI.I am a Christan and have been serving God since 1995.I pray daily for the healing of my wife. I am trying to get more and more people to pray for healing. It says in Matthew 7: 7-8 7"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. God is still in the healing bussiness and will provide healing. I have been raising my 2 children a boy 8 years, old and a girl 6 years old, on my own.The other 2 live with my first wife, two boys 15 years old and 18 years old.The oldest 20 lives on her own.

Prayer
You and your family are in my prayers. It appears that Donna and my husband were in Dodd Hall at the same time. I am in awe of your strength... I always turn to God, especially when it seems that we have run out of other options. I am here if you ever need to chat. I have been searching for a support group for spouses of TBI patients and this website has been all that I can really find. I am about an hour north of Columbus, so between work & taking care of my husband & daughter, I haven't had time for myself to heal and cope with all of this.
Dear Lord, please be with Donna and heal her so that she may come back to her loving family. She must miss them so much. Please take extra special care of Bill and his children as they are going thru so much pain. Thank you for opening the doors that you have for Donna, Bill and his family. Amen.

Wow, two months!!! thats amazing, it has been five months on November 2nd for my mom and she still hasn't responded to us. I know she will though, its just a waiting game I suppose. Prayer will show results someday, it has to. They told us she would never breathe on her own and now she is so I do not listen to the doctors negativity anymore. I appreciate you sharing so much with me. Donna's progress gives me hope and I will continue to keep her in my prayers.

Thank you so much for that and I do pray everyday for my mothers recovery and now for Donna's recovery as well. I am mainly curious as to when Donna started responding? My mom is still unreponsive and I am not sure if there is anything I can personally do to help that... I know God will heal them, I just feel helpless now, I need to be able to do more.

Close Brain Injury
My wife and kids were in a car accident on april 4th 2008. My kids have all healed for the most part. My wife is still in the hospital in a with a TBI.For the past two months she has started slowly to move her left side and open her eyes,and breathe on her own.Yesterday I could touch her on the mouth and ask her to open it and she did. I know this is a slow process. We are praying everyday for her healing. Is anyone else going through this.
