I had my 4th child;first son on my Birthday December 9th 2008. I have been exercising everyday since he was 5wks old. I feel great! I was using an exercise bike.Than I started climbing stairs. This week I started doing sit-ups. I still find I want to eat out of boredom and habit but I am making better choices.
