Type: Clinical (Major) Depression

Identity is typically a problem. With psychosis I also add to the question: Who am I? Known to be a problem with those who have been sexually abused. A good identity is being a person with a positive future. A bad identity is being someone doomed for- ever ( like going to hell ). What a thing to be thought. A dark cloud that comes and goes.

Electroconvulsive therapy Working / Worked

No other medical choice. I have fought back from ground zero many a time. Catatonic and not supposed to get out of the institution. ( twice )

Psychotherapy Working / Worked

I have managed to stay out of the hospital. Luckily have some skills at assertiveness.

Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful

I have been able to use friends and family to do my thinking for me.

Wellbutrin Working / Worked

Very helpful with diminishing need for tobacco.

Writing Working / Worked

Been able to vent with writing. Better communicator on paper as opposed to talking.

Close The Financial Crisis

Easy for me to say, but priorities are potentially misdirected. I once said to my dad: Money isn't everything. He said " just about ". This situation can be for the good. Try to keep your eyes on the Big Picture. This is spiritually appraised.
