I've been sick since last Sat. and went to the dr. yesterday and got prednisone and Biaxin (a very strong antibiotic) so today I'm feeling just a little bit better.

I have had a very hard life. I lost my mother,then my husband,&father in law in the same day.Then a few months later my Father passed away.Then I had cancer.I am a wiowed mother of three girls,and I have been told I am Biploar.And it just keeps going on.

Close Seasonal Affective Disorder
Hello,I am new to this group.I thought I was the only bear in this cave,I to suffer from seasonal depression.I get so down in the winter months that I just wont to go and hide[just sleep until sring]which is some better but nothing to bragg about.I have suffered from seasonal depression for many years and I am so relived to find this site so I can talk to someone with the same problems and have ideas on how to handle it.
