My name is Roberto and I am 38 years old. I am a single father raising a 17 year old daughter and I also have 3 boys who live with their mom. I am the VP of my family's consulting firm in NYC. Over the past decade I have been so wrapped up in work and family that I really let myself go. I am a former Marine and was in the great shape when I was younger. Now for the sake of my health (I was recently diagnosed with diabetes) I plan on getting back to my fighting weight. I hope sharing this experience helps.
