  I hope you feel better... maybe the walk and the company of your pooch will help! I think it's a good idea to contact your LLMD... Lyme anxiety is so frustrating... good you know where this is coming from. Have you ever heard of Belleruth Naparstek? She has some good guided imagery to ease anxiety and lots of other things.

  Actually, ours is a border collie, but he looks so much like your dog here. I work with teachers at a local Head Start agency as an early childhood specialist... but I just can't do 5 day work weeks any more. Too much. My husband has health care and will put me and the boys on it, but it costs way more than mine did. Every now and then I put my photo up just to be different.... then I get nervous and take it off again, jusst like you! LOL! Have a great day....
