I hope you feel better... maybe the walk and the company of your pooch will help! I think it's a good idea to contact your LLMD... Lyme anxiety is so frustrating... good you know where this is coming from. Have you ever heard of Belleruth Naparstek? She has some good guided imagery to ease anxiety and lots of other things.

Husband has Lyme- I was just diagnosed with it too. I also have Hemochromatosis (genetic disorder- my body absorbd too much iron) as well as extremely high lead.
