      I am currently upgrading my highschool marks-this September it will be at a new school downtown. I am not sure what I want to do for a career but I am interested in the Biology and Engineering Fields. I love kids and am currently looking for work as a Rec Tech One/Junior Supervisor-my dream summer job. I am currently trying to do whatever I can to cope with the obstacles life is throwing me.

      It definitly helps lift my spirits to be reminded that others know how i feel and what it feels like to go through what i have been through. It can also be depressing to find out how common sexual abuse is.

      Definatly works and made me feel safer. I also put a 100 yard restraining order on him to feel more safer from him.

      I use music as a way of expressing my feelings. I really love country music-especially the Dixie Chicks!

      Gained a bunch of weight from emotional eating, stress, insomnia, my medicine which I plan to go completely go off of sometime before Jan, and being addicted to an online game called runescape. I want to get healthy again and feel better about my body image. I now know that I am ready to lose the weight-how fast I will lose it I am not exactly sure but I have made a goal to lose 25 lbs by Apr.30, that means going from 166 (my heaviest) to 141 by that time. I am 5'5 and I could use some tips.

      How the heck am I supposed to keep track of these? I try to pick the lower calorie same food in grocery stores-but at the same time I don't want to be really obbessed and keep a food journal.

      I only dance occasionally but I love it!

      I love organic foods green tea small portions of dark chocolate high fiber stuff lean ground beef rice and delicious, healthy, low fat spinach salads plus mandarin oranges (I am a sweet tooth with special cravings for chocolate lol) I take a women's daily multivitamin everyday I sometimes take liquid meal replacements as a snack when I know that I have not eaten very well as I have slightly lower iron lvls sometimes which can make me very tired and not so willing to do physical ex.

      Heard that it helps you lose weight. Plus it is full of antioxidants that are good for you.

      Was physically abused by my Grandpa and Dad-lots of emotional abuse from them and others. Have also been bullied at lot in the past. I struggle with my anger and do not want to abuse anyone.

      I feel like I can't really talk to my Mom about my Dad a lot of the time. I feel like she doesn't understand a lot of the time-she actually encourages me to visit him and phone him more often when I really don't want to. He often blames her for me not wanting to see him which is unfair-I repeatedly tell him no that is not the case and sometimes tell him some of the reasons why I don't want to-which for the most part he denies.

      Mom keeps stressing me to go to counseling with my Dad and to work and our relationship and related issues. I took some time to meditate on what I was going to do and have decided to try counseling for a year with my dad and sis. If I don't see a significant level of improvement in our relationship then-well I am definately thinking about calling it quits with them. This is a really big step for me.

      Have gone lots with my Mom-now since our relationship is much better it is only every once and a while. I have gone a few times in the past withy my Dad but mostly the talk tends to center around me because usually my Dad is hard to get points across-and out of exhaustion I give up on arguing/talking with him a lot of the times. He is the kind of person that likes to fingerpoint and blame others for things. Lately I have been figuring out some things about my family myself.

      Only if my doctor wants me to take some meds for my ocd and if she can talk me into it.

      had some bad side-effects form it that I have not been able to fully reverse so far.

      Caused me to be consitpated and have headaches-maybe caused temp. lowering of the # of my red blood cells and white blood cells.

      As I can only tolerate small amounts of lactose-I can only have small bits of parmesan cheese on my spagetti, and have to take 4 of the extra strength lactaid pills to have a glass of milk.

      As soon as I started taking it I saw immediate positive results-some results are still taking their time to come back. I have not experienced any side effects.=)
