Reading, writing, dancing, I also enjoy getting dressed up, as does my pampered pink princess pooch! I also enjoy anything pink, especially shoes and handbags! Keen to meet people going through similar experiences to me. Don't be shy if you want to get in touch x

Close Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
I first displayed symptoms of this disorder as a teenager and managed to control and overcome certain habits. But my disorder returned and took a downfall last year, the result of which has made many tasks limited and life difficult. I was seen by a Psychiatrist in July 2008 who then transferred to a Psychologist and I began my course of 20 sessions with her since early this year. I do not take medications for my disorder.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- I feel this definitely makes a positive impact.
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- I feel this can help relax if done often enough at night although I dont do them every night now can also be useful during times of hihg anxiety.
Close Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling)
Type: TrichotillomaniaI hate this, I am my biggest enemy when i do this, but I pull out my eyelashes and eyebrows, it looks so awful..
Open Vegetarians & Vegans
Type: VegetarianMy beleifs in this only grow stronger as I get older!
Open Jealousy
Perhaps my OCD counts towards this but I recently got into a relationship and feel jealous at times.
