Today was bright, warm and georgeous.  People were happy, and so was I.  I created a button on Facebook.    I went to Coyote Spirit and asked for a poem.  This is what I got. 

Come and sing with me.
Play and laugh today.
Come and sing with me,
And I'll chase your worries away.
Smile a smile today.
Give me a grin.
Do it quickly, now.
Go on. Give in.
Give in to love.
Let it surround you,
Playing your song.
And your voice will astound you,
Warming your heart
With joy and laughter.

Ha ha ha ha

Then, with the help of musically talented friends, we turned it into a song.

It is amazing to me just how healing your own music can be.  And when you sing your own song, full out, as if it did not matter who might hear, wow, that is great!
