Close Fibromyalgia
I am a 45 year old female. I had fibromyalgia 15 years ago and suffered with it for about a year. I actually thought it had gone away. Not so lucky. I started having problems again about 2 months ago. This time it is severe. I work a full time job as a front end supervisor for a retail store. I had to go on medical leave as i could not do my job. I suffer from pain and numbness and fatigue and face numbness among other numerous problems.
Treatments
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- I am just starting this at therapy twice a week.
- Naproxen Working / Worked
- I just started doing therapy twice a week and am on numerous meds. so far, nothing is working. Too soon to tell i guess.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have been on different diets just about all my life. I will lose some weight, then gain it. I did manage to lose 60 pds and i have kept it off. I am still fighting the battle!
Treatments
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I did manage to lose about 20 pds while i was on this diet. I also gained most of it back when i stopped.
