.I have end stage copd and my sister has neurosarc.I believe in angels and spirit guides and love to read poetry. I am so grateful for all of you. If I can help in anyway with the copd or the sarcoidosis, then maybe I will feel like Im going through this so I can help someone else. I have 3 children, two live in Kentucky and one lives in Phoenix, Az.

Hi Jan, The swallowing problems were most uncomfortable but the Marshall Protocol researchers told me it was part of normal immunopathology and it would improve with the treatment. It did. I didn't do anything special - just kept to the usual diet restrictions, the antibiotics and the angiotensin receptor 2 blocker. I haven't had the problem for about 6 months. Right now I just have a burning, itchy patch on my back, a stuffy nose all the time (Dr can't find a cause for that), an inflamed scar, a neck that gets tired quickly, various cramps, a 'frog' in the throat and general tiredness. It sounds like quite a list but all are pretty tame. I can work, so it's obviously not bad but when I get home I am exhausted. I hope your sister will soon be able to swallow and get rid of all the tubes. You two have had such a long and difficult run. Take care. Willemina

I'm sorry to hear about your sister. My brother went with MMS (Miracle Mineral Supplement) and ended up not having to have the lung transplant. Please look into that for your sister. Take care and be blessed. Keep me informed. It is good to hear from you.

Hi Jan. That swallowing problem must be awful. I had something similar but less severe for quite a while. Food would get halfway down the back of my throat and then suddenlt, I wouldn't be able to swallow. It'd make me gag till I could get rid of it and it'd be very uncomforatble for a while but it never got to the stage that I couldn't eat. I'm still overweight! How are you coping with all this? Hope the lumbar puncture results lead to some positive treatment. Love, Willemina

    • Open Depression

I have end stage copd. energy level is down. . I just want to veg all the time. Im in pulmonary rehab 3 times a week, but I have only been remarried 2 years and my husband is having a hard time with me not wanting to even think about our sex life. By the way, I just turned 59. Most of the meds the dr has tried me on only seem to make the depression worse. I can usually get thru things with prayer, but I was just in the hospital twice in August and early Sept. Thanks, Jan

My mom, dad, brother and daughter are all addicted to alcohol. I need some advice on how to talk to my son. His group seems to think you have to drink to have fun. Im worried that he is already on a downward spiral. He is a high school basketball coach and a substitute teacher. He is 28 and has 2 small boys.
