Loved your post about sleep, or the lack of it. So many aspies suffer from the affects of panic and anxiety, and, as you say sleep needs to be regulated, and there needs to be lots of it for recovery. I've certainly found this with our almost teenage aspie daughter. Melatonin is also a very powerful antioxodant which may have other benefits for our kids.
