Interests
Spend a lot of time cooking and reading. Work as a Director for a Rehab. facility that houses Mentally Retarded Adults. I need to make some new friends. I guess I spent the last 15 years focused on my kids and now they are getting older and don't need me as much.

FROZEN CRABS............ A man boarded an airplane in New Orleans with a box of frozen crabs and asked a blonde stewardess to take care of them for him. She took the box and promised to put it in the crew's refrigerator. He advised her that he was holding her personally responsible for them staying frozen, mentioned in a very haughty manner that he was a lawyer, and proceeded to rant at her about what would happen if she let them thaw out. Needless to say, she was annoyed by his behavior. Shortly before landing in New York, she used the intercom to announce to the entire cabin, "Would the gentleman who gave me the crabs in New Orleans, please raise your hand?" Not one hand went up so she took them home and ate them. Two lessons here: 1. Lawyers aren't as smart as they think they are. 2. Blondes aren't as dumb as most folks think.

Close Coronary Heart Disease
I had quadruple bypass surgery about 3 years ago. I have lost much sensation in my chest, have a horrible scar and feel like I will probably die young. I was 54 when I had the surgery.
Treatments
- Aspirin Working / Worked
- Get alot of black and blue marks
- Bypass Surgery (Coronary) Working / Worked
- Plavix Working / Worked
- Ramipril Working / Worked
Close Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
I am the mother of two teenagers, a daughter 16, and a son 15. My son has ADHD and although he is wonderful and loving, he is failing miserably in school. My husband feels we should let him fail but I find this very difficult to do.
