Well, I took a change with WW and I did not go last week because I was not feeling really great and I think I gained. This went and I lost 2 1/2 lbs. This puts me back were I was 3 weeks ago before I had the gain. I have had very little loss since November and feel it is due to the nighttime binges. I got rid of all of the really bad stuff in the house and I left the carrots and hummus. I am really going to try this week for another 2 lbs. If I can keep my ass out of the fridge I could do it. I want to take a trip to see my mom in Denver in the summer and I really don't want her to see me fat. i would like to be a size 12 by the time I go. That could be a reality for me if I stick to the program. I really need support you guys. Keep on me about staying on program.






Yeah I hear you! I know how it feels to gain and then "waste" several more weeks getting back to where you were before. And how it feels to have not made a whole lot of progress because of this backsliding. I joined Weight Loss Buddies so I'll be reporting my loss each week. When you're accountable, somehow you don't mess up as often. Cheers!
